When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, business name, email, phone number, ABN, time in business, the amount you're interested in and any message you include. We also collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and how you reached our site (for example a search engine, advertisement or referring website).

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and assess whether a line of credit may suit your business.
  • To pass your details to lenders or finance partners we work with, where needed to progress your enquiry.
  • To improve our website and measure the performance of our marketing.
  • To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics and advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta, to understand how visitors use our site and to measure enquiries from our advertising.
